Differential Pressure Transmitters When work, the high and low pressure side diaphragm and filling liquid pass the pressure to the center of filled liquid, the center filled liquid passed the pressure to center diaphragm ofδchamber sensor, and the sensing diaphragm is a tension elastic element, the displacement changed by the differential pressure ( GP gauge pressure transmitter, atmospheric pressure is like exert the pressure on the low pressure side of the sensing diaphragm; AP absolute pressure transducer, low pressure side always keep a reference pressure). The largest displacement of diaphragm is 0.1 mm, and the displacement is proportional to the pressure force. The capacitor plate on both sides sense the diaphragm position. The differential capacitance value between Sensing diaphragm and electrical capacitor plate is transferred into the corresponding current, voltage or digital HART output signal.
