The Air valve is designede air-pockets out of the piping system. I t should be installed at every high-point of the piping system where air can be trapped. The simple construction relies on a float held by a lever, so that the float does not rub against the body to avoid any risk of jamming.
Applications for U-ideal float-type air vents include hydronic heating systems, water service lines, water storage tanks, centrifugal pumps, gas lines, solvent filters and similar equipment.
